About the album:

Christmas music should sound good with hot mulled cider and the fire crackling in the fireplace. And this CD does! But that's not really why I wrote it. My hope is to speak freshly to your heart - Not just comfort, but passion. True, the words to these hymns and carols are old. But they were made of excitement and awe at the coming of our Lord. I pray that you will let these fresh orchestral interpretations sweep you up in passionate personal worship of the One who sent his son.
